Hotels in Anchorage, Alaska: I am sure there are warmer places to go, but should you find yourself visiting Anchorage Alaska you will want a warm place to stay.

You will probably be surprised by the amount of sights and activities in Anchorage. The temperature is an obvious factor, as is the day and night cycle (this close to the Arctic), so there are different activities and sights dependent on the winter summer cycle.

The hotel will help you to plan any adventures you wish to partake in, and some of the available attractions are; Adventure & Eco tours, Alaska fishing or ice fishing, dependent on season. In the summer you can go bird watching, berry picking, play golf at midnight (as it is still light enough), hiking, hunting, rafting & canoeing, and if you feel lucky you can even pan for gold.
